What is Hypnosis?

Have you ever driven somewhere familiar and realized you barely remember the drive? Or become so absorbed in a book, movie, or creative project that you lost track of time?

That is similar to hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention. Your mind becomes less distracted by everything happening around you, making it easier to pay attention to what is happening within you.

You are still awake. You can hear what is being said, respond to questions, move your body, and open your eyes whenever you choose. You are always in control.

This focused state gives us an opportunity to look beneath the thoughts you are already aware of and explore the beliefs, feelings, and automatic patterns that may be influencing your life.

How Does Hypnosis Work?

Sometimes you know exactly what you want, but another part of you seems to have different plans.

You may know you deserve to feel confident, but still find yourself shrinking around certain people.

You may want to express yourself openly, but worry about being judged.

You may understand where a fear comes from, yet still feel it show up in your body.

That is where hypnosis can help.

During a session, I guide you into a relaxed and focused state where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface. We can look at the beliefs, emotional experiences, and old messages that may still be shaping the way you see yourself.

From there, we work on creating new responses that reflect who you are now and how you want to live.

I am not here to define you or decide what your life should look like. You are the expert on who you are and what feels right for you.

I am here to help you work through the fear, old beliefs, and outside expectations that may be making it harder to trust yourself and live in a way that feels honest.

Hypnosis is a collaborative process. We work together, at your pace, with your goals leading the way.

Working With the Subconscious Mind

Our subconscious mind holds many of the beliefs, emotional associations, learned responses, and automatic patterns that influence how we experience life.

You may consciously know that you want to feel confident, express yourself authentically, or make a meaningful change. Yet deeper fears or beliefs may continue pulling you in another direction.

Hypnosis can make it easier to explore those patterns, understand where they came from, and begin changing the ones that no longer support you.

Creating Space for Something New

Lenore uses hypnosis to help you uncover what may be contributing to fear, self doubt, emotional pressure, or feeling disconnected from your authentic self.

Together, you can work toward resolving the deeper issue while strengthening the beliefs, emotional responses, and inner resources that support the life you want to create.

The positive suggestions used during hypnosis are designed around your individual goals. They can continue supporting you after the session as you practice responding to yourself and your life in new ways.

Hypnosis is not about giving up control.

It is about becoming more intentional with the patterns that have been influencing you automaticall
